To confirm a reservation we hold your credit card details securely and pre-authorise the card for the full amount of your stay 1 week prior to arrival. You will receive a confirmation email – if anything is incorrect on the reservation please let us know asap.
Up to 48 hours prior to arrival you will receive via email a health questionnaire. This must be completed and returned by email at least 24 hours before check in. This asks questions regarding how you feel i.e. if you or any of your party have a continuous cough, fever, loss of taste or sense of smell etc. If you do have any Coronovirus symptoms prior to your stay your reservation will be cancelled.
Your room will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Check-in is from 4-9pm. If you require a later check-in please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Please be ready to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am to enable the room to be prepared for the next guests.
We have amended our cancellation policy in light of Covid-19, as we appreciate that planning travel is currently unpredictable. If you need to cancel please inform us in writing as soon as possible.
We will always look at options to assist with altering dates wherever possible. In the unlikely event it is necessary for us to have to cancel your stay, you will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund of any monies paid will be made. No further liability is accepted in this event.
